1. General Terms
1.1 The site career.aero is the property of interpersonal GmbH. interpersonal GmbH allows all individuals and entities (herein referred to as "You" and "User") to access and use this website only on the legal basis of the following terms and conditions. Please read this page carefully. By using this Site and/or by clicking the checkbox: " I accept legal terms " you explicitly consent to the Terms and Conditions.
1.2 These terms may be revised from time to time with legal effect for the future. In this case all users will be informed about such changes by e-mail. 2. Scope of Services
2.1 By publishing the web site career.aero, interpersonal GmbH offers an electronic platform for recruitment, job search, candidate selection, job placement and other related services to be used both by job seeking individuals as well as employing entities.
2.2 The web site career.aero and its services are generally available all days at any time. Technical deficiencies, overload and necessary maintenance may lead to time limited failures or malfunctions of the site or particular services. interpersonal GmbH disclaims any liability for damages of users in such cases.
2.3 interpersonal GmbH is entitled to discontinue the services of the web site or part thereof at any time without prior notice to the user. In this case interpersonal GmbH disclaims any liability for damages or any obligation to continue services for the user.
3. Usage of Web Site
3.1 The web site career.aero is designated for both private and industrial use. Access and usage of this site is only allowed for persons, that have full legal capacity and are 18 year of age or older. This site may only be used in a way and for purposes that are consistent with European law and all applicable national laws and regulations in the country of usage.
3.2 To access and use services in areas of the website that are not open to the public, career.aero requires a free of charge registration with interpersonal GmbH. During registration, the user receives individual log-in credentials which entitle only individual, natural persons to access the site. For other services like the web application system, service advertisements or job ads it is necessary to provide profile data (CV data) to the system.
3.3 During registration and application (insertion of profile data) interpersonal GmbH collects, processes and retains personal and demographic information (e.g. name, address, e-mail address) that the user provides. Visitors have no legal claim to registered and be entitled to use non-public areas of career.aero. interpersonal GmbH reserves the right to exclude users from registration and use of career.aero without giving reasons.
3.4 It is the user's responsibility to keep his personal log-in credentials (password) for the non-public areas of the site strictly confidential at all times! The user may change his login details any time via the function: Change user data. The user agrees to immediately notify interpersonal GmbH of any unauthorized use his personal log-in credentials. 3.5 interpersonal GmbH reserves the right to block or delete information or data provided by the user with or without prior notice, if the continuation of the user agreement is unacceptable for interpersonal GmbH. "unacceptable" in this sense includes but is not limited to: wrong or presumably false data of users, impossible authentication of user data, presumable misuse of web site, attempt to impair functions or services, infringement of terms of use or copy rights. The user is entitled to cancel his registration at any time with legal effect for the future.
3.6 Unless otherwise required by law, all communication containing information affecting this agreement of usage shall be made by e-mail. It is the user's responsibility to keep the e-mail address in his profile valid and accessible.
3.7 Users are liable to insert solely true statements. Users are prohibited from posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information. Users are also prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of career.aero including, without limitation, attempts to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorisation, to interfere with service to any user, host or network, or planting a virus. Violations of system or network security will result in civil or criminal liability. interpersonal GmbH will investigate occurrences of such violations and co-operate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users involved in such violations.
3.8 If the user provides and uploads any information, content, pictures, videos or links to career.aero he is liable that publishing such a link or content will not offend common decency, infringe any applicable law, (e.g, but not limited to, copyright law, criminal law) and will not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others. Without accepting any obligation to verify such content or links, interpersonal GmbH is entitled to block and delete any content that presumably violates the above conditions.
3.9 By using any areas of career.aero that contain services of YouTube or MS Bing Maps you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use of YouTube and / or Microsoft Bing.
4. Copyright
4.1 All content, pictures, videos and source codes of this site career.aero are the property of interpersonal GmbH or other owners and may not be used, copied, distributed or modified in any way.
4.2 All content, pictures and videos that are submitted or uploaded by the user are the property of this user unless other property rights exist. The user grants interpersonal GmbH without any compensation to use and publish such content without limitation.
4.3 Furthermore every user grants the right to use his data and content to other specified users (e.g. the jobseeker to the employer, or the employer to the jobseeker) only for the "intended purpose" of employment or contracting. This limited right of use for the "intended purpose" comprises measures necessary to accomplish such purpose, but explicitly excludes any actions beyond that, such as copying, distributing and publishing of content or pictures of an employing company.
4.4 If any content, pictures or videos are submitted by the user it is the sole responsibility of the person from which such user content originated. The user or a third-party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to any user content submitted, and the user will be responsible for observing and protecting those rights, as appropriate.
4.5 Content, pictures, videos under copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights that are accessed from career.aero via link remain the property of their owner and are protected by copyright.
5. Liability
5.1 The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless interpersonal GmbH, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands from his party unless any damage is caused by interpersonal GmbH acting in gross negligence or with criminal intent.
5.2 The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless interpersonal GmbH, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands of any third party alleging or resulting from any user content or other material provided by the user or any breach of these Legal Terms or any unlawful act.
5.3 The user is liable for any damage to interpersonal GmbH caused by any abusive use or any unlawful behaviour. In this case interpersonal GmbH will be authorised to claim damage compensation.
5.4 As far as services of third party providers are accessed via career.aero, interpersonal GmbH will in no way guarantee quality, properties and suitability of such service.
5.5 As far as the services of career.aero contain data provided by users, career.aero will not be liable for the accuracy or reliability of such data.
6. Warranty
6.1 interpersonal GmbH is committed to make a effort within a reasonable economic frame to render reliable and uninterrupted services. Due to the nature of the subject interpersonal GmbH does not warrant that career.aero will be error-free, accurate or uninterrupted at all times, nor that career.aero will be free of any computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms.
6.2 interpersonal GmbH does not warrant the success, suitability or marketability of any of its services or products nor the success of recruitment or hiring in general or of any individual measure.
6.3 interpersonal GmbH does not warrant the correctness, completeness and currentness of any content of the web site career.aero nor the content submitted by users accessible on career.aero nor that such content is free of intellectual property rights. It is the sole responsibility of any user that all data, content, pictures and videos that are submitted by him, are veritable and compliant with legal and ethical requirements. Notwithstanding, the foregoing §§ 5 TDG und 5 MDStV of German law remains unaffected.
6.4 interpersonal GmbH is not liable and will not compensate for any claims by users for any additional services, data, compensation or refund for expenses they might demand to use the services of career.aero.
6.5 interpersonal GmbH does not warrant that career.aero content is used lawfully or accessed in accordance with corresponding national laws in countries outside of Germany. Access to the career.aero may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. The user accesses the site at his own risk and is solely responsible for compliance with the laws and jurisdiction of his country.
7. Applicable Law
7.1 The legal relations between interpersonal GmbH and the user are governed by the laws of Germany excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the German courts. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force.

a) When calling up the website:
When calling up our website www.career.aero, information is automatically sent to the server of our website by the browser used on your end device. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until automated deletion:

If you want to use our platform to apply for a job with one of our partners, you have the option of adding your application data to your user profile and applying for specific jobs using the data stored in the user profile. The processing of your data in the context of the application is then carried out on behalf of the respective employer. 3. Storage period
Your data stored by us will only be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfill the relevant purpose. This means:
- Your user account data will remain stored until you cancel the account,
- The order data will remain stored until the order is processed,
- If you revoke your consent to receive email notifications or newsletters, we will immediately stop sending the emails.

After expiry of the storage periods, your data will be deleted, unless further storage is required for legal reasons. Storage beyond this may be necessary in particular insofar as this is required for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims for the duration of a legal dispute. We do not transfer your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We only pass on your personal data to third parties if:
- you have given your express consent to this in accordance with Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. a DSGVO,
- the disclosure is necessary in accordance with Art. 6 (1) p. 1 lit. f DSGVO for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in the non-disclosure of your data,

Within the website visit, we use the widespread SSL (Secure Socket Layer) procedure in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser.
