The recruitment process

Step 1

We’ll review your CV. If you’re a good fit for our team, we’ll invite you to take part in an assessment day.

Step 2

The assessment day will include a reach safety check, individual experience discussion, English test and a group exercise to showcase your teamwork, collaboration and communication skills. This will be followed by a final interview.

Step 3

After your final interview, we’ll review your application and the results from your assessment day. We’ll be in touch as soon as we can to let you know if you’ve been successful –  good luck!
