RESPONSIBILITIES

• Global Flight Schedule Management
  − Coordination of seasonal flight schedule with customers and operational departments
  − Manage and communicate intra-seasonal and ad hoc schedule changes
  − Monitor and maintain of electronic planning systems (NetLine Sched)
  − Schedule Data Analysis
  − Route Data Analysis
  − Seasonal / short term schedule application for all live stations
  − Regulatory preparation of new destinations
• Global Slot Management
  − Slot application (seasonal/ ad hoc) and slot monitoring
  − Participation in IATA slot conferences
• Regulatory Affairs
  − Traffic right monitoring
  − Communication with foreign authorities

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in business administration or education as airline professional preferred
• Experience in the field of slot management
• Good experience in an airline operations environment with a strategic view
• Good knowledge in standard IT programs (MS Office etc.)
• Fluent spoken and written German and English
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independent and to think crossdepartmental
• Willingness to travel
• Analytical-minded team player with very good communication skills and conflict handling, who is able to work and make decisions under pressure with respect to strict deadlines
• The role involves extensive duty travels
