For its current issue, Aero International, the magazine for civil aviation interviewed Interpersonal founder and managing director Erhard Walther and Steffen Illner, Lufthansa training captain and head of the selection department at Interpersonal. The recruiters, who specialize in aviation, provide insights into selection processes and outlooks on the development of the job market for pilots and other aviation professions.
