1. General Terms

1.1 The site is the property of interpersonal GmbH. interpersonal GmbH allowes all individuals and entities (herin referred to as "You" and "User") to access and use this web site only on the legal basis of the following terms and conditions. Please read this page carefully. By using this Site and/or by clicking the checkbox: " I accept legal terms " you explicitly consent to the Terms and Conditions.

2.2 The web site and its services are generally available all days at any time. Technical deficiencies, overload and necessary maintenance may lead to time limited failures or malfunctions of the site or particular services. interpersonal GmbH disclaims any liability for damages of users in such cases.

3. Usage of Web Site

3.1 The web site is designated for both private and industrial use. Access and usage of this site is only allowed for persons, that have full legal capacity and are 18 year of age or older. This site may only be used in a way and for purposes that are consistent with European law and all applicable national laws and regulations in the country of usage.

3.2 To access and use services in areas of the web site, that are not open to the public, requires a free of charge registration with interpersonal GmbH. During registration, the user receives individual log-in credentials which entitle only individual, natural persons to access the site. For other services like the web application system, service advertisements or job want ads it is necessary to provide profil data (CV data) to the system.

3.3 During registration and application (insertion of profil data) interpersonal GmbH collects, processes and retains personal and demographic information (eg. name, address, e-mail address) that the user provides. 3.4 It is the user's responsibility to keep his personal log-in credentials (password) for the non-puplic areas of the site stricty confidential at any time! 4. Copyright

4.1 All content, pictures, videos and source codes of this site are the property of interpersonal GmbH or other owners and may not be used, copied, distributed or modified in any way.

4.2 All content, pictures and videos that are submitted or uploaded by the user are the property of  this user unless other proberty rights exist. The user grants interpersonal GmbH without any compensation to use and publish such content without limitation.

4.3 Furthermore every user grants the right to use his data and content to other specified users (eg. the jobseeker to the employer, or the employer to the jobseeker) only for the "intended purpose" of employment or contracting. This limited right of use for the "intended purpose" comprises measures necessary to accomplish such purpose, but explicitely excludes any actions beyond that, such as copying, distributiing and publishing of content or pictures of an employing company.

4.4 If any content, pictures or videos are submitted by the user it will be under the full sole responsibility of the person from which such user content originated. The user or a third party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to any user content submitted, and the user will be responsible for observing and protecting those rights, as appropriate.

4.5 Content, pictures, videos under copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights that are accessed from via Link remain the property of their owner and are protected by copyright.


5. Liability

5.1 The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless interpersonal GmbH, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands from his party unless any damage is caused by interpersonal GmbH acting in gross negligence or with criminal intent.

5.2 The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless interpersonal GmbH, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands of any third party alleging or resulting from any user content or other material provided by the user or any breach of these Legal Terms or any anlawfull act.

5.3 The user will be liable for any damage to interpersonal GmbH caused by any abusive use or any unlawfull behaviour. In this case interpersonal GmbH will be authorised to claim damage compensation.

5.4 As far as services of third party poviders are accessed via, interpersonal GmbH will in now way  garantee quality, proberties and suitability of such service.

5.5 As far as the services of contain data provided by users, will not be liable for the accuracy or reliability of such data.


6. Warrenty

6.1 interpersonal GmbH is committed to do any effort within a reasonable economic frame to render reliable and uninterrupted services. Due to the nature of the subject interpersonal GmbH does not warrent that will be error-free, accurate or uninterrupted at all times, nore that will be free of any computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms.

6.3 interpersonal GmbH does not warrent the correctness, completeness and actuality of any content of the web site nore the content submitted by users accessible on career,aero nore that such content is free of intellectual property rights. It is the sole responsibiliy of any user that all data, content, pictures and videos that are submitted by him, are veritabler and compliant with legal and ethical requirements. 3.4 If, during the process of active application for a specific job opening, the applicant explicitly consents to, his personal data will be disclosed to this specific employing company and the ligitimate officers of such company will get appropriated access.

3.5 If, during the process of application to an imploying companies or during the active enquiry of such company for the posted profile of an job seeking user or serices offering user, the user explicitly consents that his personal data shall be disclosed to one or more specific companies, only these specific companies and its ligitimate officers will get appropriated access to the data.

3.6 interpersonal GmbH provides data processing technology, hosting and similar services to other leading employing companies to support recruitment and career areas on their web sites ( “Hosted Career Sites”). Any data and personal information supplied by users through such Hosted Career Sites become part of the interpersonal GmbH database. The data will also be kept stricly confidential under the policy as outlined under 3.1 - 3.7 and are not accessible by any other party than interpersonal GmbH you and the company concerned without your explicit consent.

3.7 interpersonal GmbH is entitled to disclose applicant data in exceptional and justified cases to aviation and / or  law enforcement authorities for prevention of security risks or on request of such authorities.


4. Data Security

4.1 interpersonal GmbH has implemented constructional, technical and organisational measures designed to secure your personal data from accidental loss and from unauthorised access, use, alteration or disclosure. All transmission of personal data is protected by the use of newest encryption technologies (16 Bit "SSL" protocol) and by the use of specially secured servers.

4.2 Notwithstanding such measures, interpersonal GmbH may not guarantee that criminal third parties will never be able to overpower those measures and may not held liable for criminal misuse or loss of personal information.

4.3 In order to provide more data security for users and customers interpersonal GmbH is generally not subcontracting any service providing companies (e.g.: call center) or advertizing affiliates when rendering its high end HR-Services.

4.4 All employing companies and its officers (e.g.: HR-manager, Recruitment- Officer) who might apply for access to the interpersonal data base are either personally known or the identity will be personally verified in any single case.


5. Alteration and Deletion of Data

5.1 If you want to chance any of your registration data or subcribe or de-subscribe our newsletter, you may do so at any time. Just access your account and select the function:  Change user data

5.2 If you want to chance any of your profile data, you also may do so at any time. Just access your account and select the function:  Change profil data.  Please note, that changing your profil data will not automatically change the data asossiated with an earlier application.

5.3 If you want to close your account (Registration) and delete your complete profil information, please contact us under the e-mail: We will delete your personal information from the data base and an e-mail will be sent to you to confirm that your personal information has been deleted. If your data have already been processed during an application for a specific job opening, or during the process of active enquiry of an employing company that you have consented to and such company may have gained rights on those data, an archival copy will remain accessable for interpersonal GmbH and the respective employer company. Latest after 5 years such archival copy will also be deleted from the interpersonal data base.

5.4  interpersonal GmbH will retain completely anonymized demographic and statistical information to improve services and for scientific reasons.


6. Your Duties

6.1 If you provide personal data of a reference person, you are responsible to make sure that the respective person is aware of that and has consented to your forwarding his/her personal data (e.g.: e-mail, Phone-no.)

6.2 If you provide personal data and any additional information for your profile, it is your responsibility n o t to provide any information about your racial or ethnic origin, political beliefs, philosophical or religious beliefs, political orientation and sexual orientation. Information about physical or mental health, addictions and commission of criminal offences or proceedings are only legal for exceptional occupations, sensitive to aviation- or national security under the applicable law.
