1. General Terms

1.1 The site is the property of interpersonal GmbH. interpersonal GmbH allowes all individuals and entities (herin referred to as "You" and "User") to access and use this web site only on the legal basis of the following terms and conditions. Please read this page carefully. By using this Site and/or by clicking the checkbox: " I accept legal terms " you explicitly consent to the Terms and Conditions.

2.1 By publishing the web site, interpersonal GmbH offeres an electronic platform for recruitment, job search, candidate selection, job placement and other related services to be used both by job seeking individuals as well as employing entities.

2.2 The web site and its services are generally available all days at any time. Technical deficiencies, overload and necessary maintenance may lead to time limited failures or malfunctions of the site or particular services. interpersonal GmbH disclaims any liability for damages of users in such cases.

3. Usage of Web Site

3.1 The web site is designated for both private and industrial use. Access and usage of this site is only allowed for persons, that have full legal capacity and are 18 year of age or older. This site may only be used in a way and for purposes that are consistent with European law and all applicable national laws and regulations in the country of usage.

3.2 To access and use services in areas of the web site, that are not open to the public, requires a free of charge registration with interpersonal GmbH. During registration, the user receives individual log-in credentials which entitle only individual, natural persons to access the site. For other services like the web application system, service advertisements or job want ads it is necessary to provide profil data (CV data) to the system.

3.3 During registration and application (insertion of profil data) interpersonal GmbH collects, processes and retains personal and demographic information (eg. name, address, e-mail address) that the user provides. 3.4 It is the user's responsibility to keep his personal log-in credentials (password) for the non-puplic areas of the site stricty confidential at any time! 3.5 interpersonal GmbH reserves the right to block or delete information or data provided by the user with or without prior notice, if the continuation of the user agreement is infeasible for interpersonal GmbH. 3.7 Users are liable to insert solely true statements. Users are prohibited from posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information. Users are also prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of including, without limitation, attempts to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorisation, to interfere with service to any user, host or network, or submitting a virus. 3.8 If the user provides and uploads any information, content, pictures, videos or links to he will be liable that publishing such content or link will not offend common decency, will not infringe any applicable law, (eg., but not limited to, copyright law, criminal law) and will not infringe the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy, publicity or other personal rights of others. Without accepting any obligation to verify such content or links, interpersonal GmbH is entitled to block and delete any content that assumingly violates against the above conditions.

3.9 By using any areas of that contain services of YouTube or MS Bing Maps you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use of YouTube and / or Microsoft Bing.


4. Copyright

4.1 All content, pictures, videos and source codes of this site are the property of interpersonal GmbH or other owners and may not be used, copied, distributed or modified in any way.

4.2 All content, pictures and videos that are submitted or uploaded by the user are the property of  this user unless other proberty rights exist. The user grants interpersonal GmbH without any compensation to use and publish such content without limitation.

4.3 Furthermore every user grants the right to use his data and content to other specified users (eg. the jobseeker to the employer, or the employer to the jobseeker) only for the "intended purpose" of employment or contracting. This limited right of use for the "intended purpose" comprises measures necessary to accomplish such purpose, but explicitely excludes any actions beyond that, such as copying, distributiing and publishing of content or pictures of an employing company.

4.4 If any content, pictures or videos are submitted by the user it will be under the full sole responsibility of the person from which such user content originated. The user or a third party licensor, as appropriate, retain all patent, trademark and copyright to any user content submitted, and the user will be responsible for observing and protecting those rights, as appropriate.

4.5 Content, pictures, videos under copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights that are accessed from via Link remain the property of their owner and are protected by copyright.


5. Liability

5.1 The user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless interpersonal GmbH, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands from his party unless any damage is caused by interpersonal GmbH acting in gross negligence or with criminal intent.

5.2 The user agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless interpersonal GmbH, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands of any third party alleging or resulting from any user content or other material provided by the user or any breach of these Legal Terms or any anlawfull act.

5.3 The user will be liable for any damage to interpersonal GmbH caused by any abusive use or any unlawfull behaviour. In this case interpersonal GmbH will be authorised to claim damage compensation.

5.4 As far as services of third party poviders are accessed via, interpersonal GmbH will in now way  garantee quality, proberties and suitability of such service.

5.5 As far as the services of contain data provided by users, will not be liable for the accuracy or reliability of such data.


6. Warrenty

6.1 interpersonal GmbH is committed to do any effort within a reasonable economic frame to render reliable and uninterrupted services. Due to the nature of the subject interpersonal GmbH does not warrent that will be error-free, accurate or uninterrupted at all times, nore that will be free of any computer viruses or other harmful mechanisms.

6.2 interpersonal GmbH does not warrent the succes, suitability or marketability of any of its servives or products nore the succes of recruitment or hiring in general or of any individual measure.

6.3 interpersonal GmbH does not warrent the correctness, completeness and actuality of any content of the web site nore the content submitted by users accessible on career,aero nore that such content is free of intellectual property rights. It is the sole responsibiliy of any user that all data, content, pictures and videos that are submitted by him, are veritabler and compliant with legal and ethical requirements. Notwithstanding the foregoing §§ 5 TDG und 5 MDStV of German law remains unaffected.

3.2 Data and content about an employer’s job posting are generally made available to all applicants, unless an employer restricts this content to a specific group of people, such as employees.

3.3 Conversely, no data from applicants is made available to third parties unless the applicant expressly consents to such a disclosure as described under 3.4. In aggregated form, only those parts of data from opinion polls that do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the person (such as nationalities, hours of flying experience) are processed and communicated in the form of anonymous, statistical analysis.

3.4 If, in the course of one or more applications, the applicant explicitly and separately consents to their personal data being disclosed to specific employing companies, only the legitimate officers of such companies will receive appropriated access to their data.

3.5 If, during the process of application to employing companies or during the active enquiry of such a company for the posted profile of a user, the user explicitly and separately consents to their personal data being disclosed to one or more specific company, only legitimate officers of such a company will get appropriated access to the data.

3.6 We supply data processing, technology, and related services for applicant management (also referred to as “hosted career pages”) to other leading employing companies to support the recruitment on the websites of these companies. The data and information provided by users on these pages become part of the interpersonal GmbH database. This data is treated as strictly confidential in accordance with the privacy policy 3. and is only accessible to interpersonal GmbH and the company concerned without your explicit consent.

3.7 interpersonal GmbH, as well as the companies you have specified, are entitled to process the collected data in aggregate and anonymous form for statistical purposes and to use it in this form for internal, quality assurance or scientific purposes and, in justified individual cases, disclose applicant data to aviation and law enforcement authorities to safeguard against dangers to air travel and upon their request.


4. Data Security

4.1 interpersonal GmbH has taken structural, technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental loss and against unauthorised access, use, modification or disclosure. All data is transmitted using the latest encryption technologies (16-bit SSL protocol) and specially protected servers.

4.2 Notwithstanding such measures, interpersonal GmbH cannot guarantee that unauthorised third parties may not get past these measures and thus possibly gain access to such data. interpersonal GmbH assumes no liability for such cases or the loss of data.

4.3 In order to provide additional data security, interpersonal GmbH never collaborates with sub service companies (such as call centres, etc.) or advertising partners when creating its personnel services!

4.4 All employing companies or their functionaries (such as HR managers, recruitment officers, etc.) that have or request access to the database are either known personally by interpersonal GmbH or will be personally checked for their identity before receiving access to data.


5. Alteration and Deletion of Data

5.1 If you want to change your registration data or subscribe to or unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can do so at any time by accessing your account and selecting the “Edit applicant profile” option.

5.2 If you would like to change your profile data, you can also do so at any time by accessing your account and selecting the “Maintain applicant profile” option. Please note that doing so will not automatically change the data you possibly used to apply for a position with an employer at an earlier date.

5.3 With submitting your Registration and/or submitting your Application you explicitely consent to the policy that Registration /  Application data will be kept for a maximum period of 24 month in the application system to cover periods of creditable selections and possible periods of re-application.

5.4 If you would like to close your account (Delete registration) and erase your data in the application system , please contact us at: We will delete your personal details and send you a confirmation e-mail. If your data is or was used for the purpose of a specific application to an employing company, or requested by an employing company to post a profile or job application, and the rights of these companies are affected, data might remain in the files of the employing company for a limited time under the full authority and responsibility of such employing company compliant with the data protection policies of such company.

5.5 interpersonal GmbH keeps and processes fully anonymised, demographic and statistical data for scientific purposes and to improve its services.


6. Your obligations

6.1 If you send us data concerning a reference, you are obliged to ensure that the affected person is aware of this and has consented to the disclosure of their personal contact data (such as e-mail, phone number).

6.2 If you use our services to post a profile or a CV to our database or request such data as an employer, such profiles must not contain any information on racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, philosophical or religious views, political views or sexual orientation. Information on the commission of criminal offenses or criminal proceedings and associated penalties, fines, or dependencies or physical and mental health is only permitted for certain security-related professions (such as airline pilots).

6.3 In order to ensure a high level of data security, it is the duty of every user to keep their personal access data (password) completely confidential!
